The inequality given is,

\( – 15≤\dfrac{ 3(x – 2)}{5}≤ 0\)

= -75 < 3(x – 2) ≤ 0

= -25 < x – 2 ≤ 0

= – 25 + 2 < x – 2 + 2 ≤ 0 + 2

=  – 23 < x ≤ 2

Thus, the solution set for the given inequality is (-23, 2]
