Yes, I can imagine some villages with "no job opportunities", but later came up with many. Previously, during our grandparent's time in Tejur Village, Pune, resources and facilities were scarce.
They had to struggle a lot for every single thing., with an advanced lifestyle, many colleges, schools, training centers, cyber cafes, etc. And, any increase in such an organization increases an employment. Thus, it is an obvious thing that the establishment of any such entity would eventually increase employment and better future .
