Solution :-

Given:

f(x) = x2 – 2

By using the derivative formula,

\( \lim\limits_{h \to 0} \dfrac{h^2+20h}{h}\)

\( \lim\limits_{h \to 0} \dfrac{h(h+20)}{h}\)

\( \lim\limits_{h \to 0} (h+20)\)

= 0 + 20 = 20

Hence,

Derivative of f(x) = x2 – 2 at x = 10 is 20
